Really nice floor cleaner

Best cleaning tool in the market!

I hate mopping more than any cleaning task, and the fact that the Tineco mops and vacuums at the same time…… game changer. It’s also easy to use, easy to clean, and efficient. I clean my whole house in 30-45 mins vs 2 hours when I had to vacuum and then mop. Highly recommend.

Best smart mop ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another major brand, and this mop way outperforms that one! I love that it's cordless and self-propelled. I have 3 dogs, and it picked up the hair and mopped with zero clogging. The self-cleaning feature is amazing. I'm so happy that I don't have to take the brush out every time I mop and scrub it. The digital display is another feature that really helps. If I need to spy a large area, I can see the battery charge and adjust. I will be gifting my son one of these for Christmas!

glides so nicely across the floor and doesn’t leave these major streaks in the floor. I also love the fact that it comes with a charging station that also has a base so that you don’t have to worry about leaving a wet sponge on your floors.

New favorite busy Mom hack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the greatest gadget you can have as a busy mom!!! I have a toddler who is learning to eat. Food is being thrown on the ground at every meal. The Tineco Floor Washer 5 Series is the answer I’ve been looking for. This device picks up the food and mops the floor in record time. It does not leave the floor super wet either. This device is super effective at cleaning. I really like that the dirty and clean water have separate tanks so I can clean confidently knowing I am getting a quality job done each time. It is very easy to manipulate and maneuver. That fact that it is cordless is amazing and makes cleaning a breeze. A couple of things to note, this machine does not replace an actual vacuum for me but is a great option when I need to both vacuum and mop. I would also like to mention that the machine will pull itself forward when turned on. Cleaning the actual machine is easy as well. Dump the dirty water out and clean the debris trap. Let this compartment air dry. The digital display will also tell you when the machine needs to complete the self cleaning process. A base is include for the machine to complete this process. The battery life has been great so far and the machine is fairly quiet when in use. I am really happy with this product and have already been the envy of my mom friends with the Tineco Floor Washer 5 Series!

Get this if you have kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was it common knowledge that there were 2 in 1 vacuum/mop systems? Bc my mind was *blown* and have been so excited to try this product. Anyone with kids knows how often you need to clean and mop the place.
SETUP: it came in a small box, and the parts were very self explanatory to put together. I’m so glad they included the cleaning solution. They also provide 2 extra rollers, 1 extra filter, and a cleaning brush.
CHARGING: very simple ground charging unit. Straight from the box, it was at 40% battery life, and took a few hours to charge to 100%. It lasts 25-35 mins.
FUNCTION: I’ve only used it on auto mode which automatically detects floor condition. Otherwise you can set it to max or suction if there’s a spill. Just gotta fill up the reservoir with water and top up with cleaner. It picked up so much dust, hair from my floor! There were no streaks so my toddler ran around without it being slippery. It also pulls up egg shells, and spills without leaving a trace! This is a game changer bc it makes it so convenient to vacuum/mop. It’s lightweight and runs smoothly.
MAINTENANCE: after each use, gotta dump the water, clean the filter and let them air dry. It helps they’ve given extra parts in case you need to quickly use it again.
CONS:
1) My machine is faulty bc the sensor kept telling me my clean water needs changing from the start. After reading some troubleshooting, I may just have to clean the filters out even though it’s unused from the box.
2) it doesn’t *completely* replace a mop. There’s a couple of stains on my floor that it didn’t remove.
3) I wish it had a spray function so I could pay closer attention to some areas of foot traffic and spills.

Great tool for everyday upkeep

I was surprised at how much being able to skip the step of sweeping would motivate me to keep my floors looking great! The tool itself has a super modern, sleek look and comes with its own charging dock complete with accessory holders. In the box, you'll find 2 extra brush rollers, a scrub brush to keep the machine parts clean, a good-sized jug of tineco cleaning solution (you only need a capful each time along with the water), and an extra filter. The machine was a little intimidating at first and reading the manual was a must but once I started using it, it was not hard to get the hang of.
The battery life is more than adequate to clean all my hard floors in once charge. The self clean function is a great feature just don't forget to empty the dirty water basin AFTER self cleaning.
This is an excellent floor washer for everyday use and the suction might be better than my actual vacuum. I was hoping it would replace my steam mop entirely but I think I'll still have to keep that around for the heavy duty messes my kids like to make. And the suction gives the tineco a self-propelled feel that can honestly yank my shoulder a bit too much after a long day holding toddlers. All in all though, I really do think this is a great addition to my cleaning routine and will help me keep up woth everyday maintenance of our floors in a way I have never been able to before.
