Disappointed....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this TV (QN80F) to work out, but I simply could never get it adjusted to look as good as my 12 year old Samsung (UN60JU7100). In the store the picture looked fantastic, but of course, they put content on there that is designed to wow you. I did not like the AI settings at all. Colors were not as vivid as expected and detail was lacking. I will to accept it might be me, but I returned the Samsung and the TCL I replaced it with meets all my expectations.

A lot of bang for the buck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the TV for several months with an optical connection for incredible sound performance and quality of the picture is superb.
If you can find a rare 4K channel picture is a bit sharper. Sending all connections through TV then to the Receiver was the answer to allow the Samsung control all aspects of viewing and enhanced sound quality.
A worthwhile investment at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A big step up from my old tv, but could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55" that I bought is certainly much better than the 12 year old basic Hisense that I had, but it still really struggles with crowded active scenes like high school dances or clubs, where so much get blurry. I put on movie production mode and that helped for sure, but still not great, and move production mode is darker and not as appealing in other situations. Happy with the purchase, given the big sales price, and improvement from my old junker, but were I buying again I'd get a higher end, more current OLED or Micro RGB. And in hindsight, were I to still go Neo Qled, I would have gone higher end and more current than this one, maybe the 2025 90F or 2026 H.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The picture quality is outrageously beautiful, easy set up and outstanding performance. It's the only brand that I'll ever buy...it makes you feel like you're in the movies! Steve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully bright picture almost overpoweringly vibrant but not quite, with excellent resolution great contrast and a quick refresh rate. A nice step up from my 65" Samsung that I moved from the den to the living room.
