[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old tv was 10 years old so an upgrade was very much needed. This new Samsung has a faster refresh rate which helps with viewing YouTube videos. My old TV would freeze up on many videos before which was frustrating. The picture quality is definitely better and makes viewing anything so much nicer. Resolution and brightness are much sharper with this TV showing the incredible vibrancy that I did not have with the previous TV. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] everything on this TV from resolution brightness vibrancy in the colors the contrast the picture quality is so amazing I've never had another television like this so clear I love how the glass Screen that Ref Refle ction bar rier that doesn't allow too much of your surrounding lighting affect the picture quality I love the Ambient sound and speakers on the television honestly just a great product overall I will be buying again!!

I recently got the Samsung 55-Inch Neo QLED TV and it has completely upgraded my home entertainment setup.

The old one worked perfectly, we just wanted to upgrade to get more features and better picture. We were surprised at how good the new picture was! It's awesome! It's extremely clear with no jittering in fast moving scenes. The sound is far better. The TV has a lot more apps available than our old Samsung. This is the exact reason we always buy Samsung! Never disappointed.
