75 inch ultra high-definition Samsung TV
on December 26, 2025
Posted by: Ninjanate47
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down the best TV I've ever had! One minor improvement for the standard user would be better built in sound quality and range. However I paired mine with a 1000 watt Samsung home theater system so that's not even my improvement or request I got zero complaints. Just an observation.

Watching my Eagles soar on a new Samsung 75" QLED.
on January 7, 2026

from Glenside, PA
This 75" replaced a 5-year old 65" Sony TV that worked well in our family room, but developed a mysterious white line across the screen. We purchased the new 75" Samsung from Costco and it has been a real delight to watch my Eagles on a wider, more vibrant screen (QLED really matters) with state-of-the art features (e.g., accessing Netflix, Xfinity, etc.) and have access to the Samsung capabilities. Great price, great TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Picture Has over "Makeup" look

Not real happy with the picture. Can't adjust the faces of people to eliminate the "Makeup" look. The faces look like "Makeup" is thick and pasty looking. I know that not all programming is 4K, but can't make faces look clean and real.

Response from Samsung USBy Samsung SpecialistJanuary 21, 2026
Golflen,

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN80FD TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

If these adjustments don’t improve your picture quality, feel free to contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 75" Class Neo QLED 4K QN80FD provides an exceptional viewing experience with its impressive 4K resolution and remarkable brightness. The contrast is deep and well-defined, making every scene look realistic. I am particularly impressed by the smooth refresh rate during action sequences and the stunning vibrancy of the colors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in Samsung 55" NEO QLED GN80F
on February 5, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the brightness of the picture and resolution. But, the flesh tones are unrealistic and sometimes wash out the face. Has no definition/shadows on the face. This appears differently from live news performances to recorded programs. Also, the User Guide is pathetic. It is to sparse in its explanation of how to make settings changes. very disappointed in Samsung. Set-up was not as easy as expected. Ran Technical Analysis on TV it reported Remote Control Fail Channel, but doesn't tell you what to do. Information is Poor.

Mike,

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN80F TV.

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.

The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

If you’d like more assistance with these features, please reach Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat agents are also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not too pleased with the broadcast resolution on my 75" Class NEO QLED (2025) TV. If i get any show, like Football Games, the picture is PERFECT/GREAT!! Can't get a refined facial appearance no matter what settings I try. Overall the TV is GREAT! Just not happy with the "HEAVY MAKEUP" look on today's content. Would love have a way to tune this better.
