Big upgrade and stunning visuals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally upgraded from my 2016 Samsung Q60LED, and wow—what a difference! The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The standout feature for me has to be the 120Hz 4K display; I had no idea what I was missing out on. It looks phenomenal.
I was torn between going with an OLED or a Neo QLED, and I’m so glad I chose the Neo QLED. The blacks are impressively deep, and the brightness is spot on—it really strikes a great balance.
One thing that really surprised me is the sound quality from the built-in speakers. It’s a massive improvement over my old setup. I do have a soundbar, but honestly, the TV’s audio is so good it almost makes the soundbar feel unnecessary.
The solar-powered remote is another nice touch—no more scrambling for AAA batteries—and the ability to control everything with my phone is the cherry on top.
All in all, this is an outstanding TV, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade. You won’t be disappointed!

The nearly perfect 55 inch TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is amazing. When I first received the TV, it was well packaged as expected. Once I got the TV mounted, I started the set up. It seems that setting up this TV was even easier than my Samsung models that are 2-5 years old.
The picture clarity is excellent! The colors pop but perfectly and not too much compared to other TV's. There is a ton of detail even compared to other 4k TV's. The response to the remote and even SmartThings remote is extremely improved over the years past. There is nearly no lag when navigating menus. I've been using the TV picture mode in AI mode and it seems to do a good job of giving the right amount of brightness and clarity depending on what's displayed. I haven't found much use for the AI button but in the couple of instances, it wasn't terrible, just not useful or maybe necessary for me.
The sound quality is solid. One of my favorite features is the Q-Symphony feature that connects the Q series sound bar and plays sound out of both that and the TV speaker. On that note, the SmartThings connectivity is second to none. Being able to ring my galaxy phone when I misplace it, turning the TV off from anywhere, and easily navigate the TV from my phone is huge.
The only thing that would make this TV better would be better reflection management. I know the higher models have anti-glare tech but this TV seems to get more glare then my other TV that's a year older. It's not terrible and it could be due to the lighting being different than the other room but if you are going to be in a brighter room, it may be worth the upgrade for the anti glare.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would give this TV 5 stars, recommending anybody interested in a 2025 TV, to choose the Samsung 55 inch Neo QLED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung - 55” Class QN80F Series Neo QLED Mini LED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The picture quality is stunning — the Neo QLED technology delivers sharp contrast, deep blacks, and incredibly vibrant colors. Watching 4K content feels like a true cinematic experience right in my living room. Even older shows are enhanced with Samsung’s Neural Quantum Processor, which upscales everything beautifully.
The sound quality is another highlight. The built-in Dolby Atmos land Object Tracking Sound make it feel like the audio is following the action across the screen. It’s immersive without needing a separate soundbar, though it’s also easy to pair with one if you want even more depth.
One of the features I really love is the integration with Amazon Alexa. I can control the TV hands-free, switch apps, adjust volume, or even ask Alexa about the weather — all without touching the remote. It's convenient and fits perfectly into my smart home setup.
The Tizen OS runs smoothly, and accessing apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ is fast and intuitive. The interface is clean and customizable, and I appreciate the built-in Samsung Gaming Hub for quick access to cloud games.
Overall, this TV offers premium performance in both visuals and audio, with smart features that make everyday use seamless. Highly recommended if you're looking for a high-end 55” 4K smart TV that does it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this TV. It's clear, sharp, and really enjoyable to watch. The picture quality is excellent, and the colors are vivid. It's perfect for watching movies, shows, or even just regular daytime TV. The sound is good too, and it fills the room nicely. Whether I'm relaxing in the evening or catching up on my favorite series, this TV makes the experience way better. The NQ4 AI Gen 2 processor definitely punches above its weight class with buttery smooth transition between apps. I didn't expect it to be this good, but it definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and value.

Impressive Picture and Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced my 2015 TV in the bedroom with the Samsung 55" Class Neo QLED 4K QN80F (QN55QN80FAFXZA), and it’s been a major upgrade in almost every way. The picture quality is outstanding. It has crisp, vibrant colors and deep contrast that really brings movies and shows to life, even in a room with a bit of natural light. The Neo QLED technology and Vision AI features seem to automatically enhance image clarity and depth, which is a big leap from my old LED TV.
One of my favorite things about this TV is the rechargeable/solar-powered remote. It's lightweight, easy to use, and I love that I don't need to worry about replacing batteries. The split screen/multi-view capability is another standout. It lets me watch YouTube while checking emails or the weather, almost like using a giant tablet or phone. Having Alexa built-in is super convenient too. I use it for everything from adjusting the volume to turning accessing my ring camera right on the TV.
However, the auto brightness feature could use some work. It often doesn’t adjust properly based on the lighting in the room, especially at night, and I’ve had to manually tweak it a few times. I also really don’t like the home screen layout. It feels cluttered and unintuitive, and unfortunately, it’s not customizable, which is a letdown given how premium the rest of the experience feels.
Overall, it’s a great TV with amazing display quality and smart features, but the user interface could be more polished.
