DON'T BUY THIS TV!!

Bought this tv on Monday. Except for dynamic setting, the color is horrible. Audio, using the tv speakers is worse. I have other Samsung tv's which are great this S95F is garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good tv no light on the remote..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing we do not like is the fact that the remote control is not illuminated. When you are in the dark room trying to change sources or anything else.. You have to have to light it up with your phone or the light on the room...

Since I now have to rewrite my honest review you're getting a 1 star for wasting my time. The tv is overall wonderful the only thing it's missing is DOLBY VISION. Pay for the licensing! There's other things I'd like to say, but since my last review was taken down I'll keep it short.

Poor Installation

65" S95F OLED. The TV is fine. The installation instructions suck. Took a couple hours for two adults to figure out what we were looking at. I also bought the specific Samsung hanger for this TV discovered the only way the control box fits to the back of the TV leaves cords interferring with the hanger making it impossible to use the hanger recommended without adding homemade spacers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great in all the right places except for one. That matte 2.0 finish is just awful. It raises the black levels, it mutes the colors a bit & everything just looks a less crisp & sharp. It's nice & bright though & the contrast is amazing. And for most people it'll be fine. But for enthusiast like me who want the absolute best picture quality, it falls short.

Great picture, poor speakers

I had to get a sound bar.. remote control is not intuitive, and has a somewhat long learning curve, as does navigating tv functions. I should have bought another brand. That said, Samsung OLED tvs seem to be highly rated.

I Can See Clearly Now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most important aspect to me was visibility in a bright room and wow! I uploaded photos with the plastic on (so you can see how bright my room is and what the reflection is like) and after I removed the plastic. Our old TV still had reflections even with the blinds closed. The picture quality on the Samsung S95F is crystal clear with the blinds open. All of the bad feelings have disappeared and I can now watch TV in the middle of a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day!
Not to mention the sound quality is great, and really love the amplify setting when watching shows with foreign accents. I thought maybe I was going deaf (not really :)) but it turns out maybe the sound quality on my TV was just getting that much worse. Beyond that, unboxing and set-up was fairly easy once I found the right videos on YouTube - maybe 30 minutes total. The combination of the stand and TV is a bit large and heavy for the furniture we currently have (stand is about 18 lbs and TV is about 28 lbs for a total of 45 lbs) so this will ultimately be mounted on the wall, but we are loving it so far and couldn't be happier with the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
