Super disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super disappointed with this tv. Samsung made a mistake and had my discount code expire early, so I wasn’t able to use it. They decided not to honor the 20% discount code that they offered me. Then on top of that, Samsung is super deceiving with this OLED TV. They do not inform you that if you get any size small smaller than the 65 you have to mount the box separate from the TV. This is extremely disappointing and Makes for a really big eyes sore. So not only did they not honor the discount, but they deceived us regarding the box being unable to be mounted to the back of the tv. I would never recommend buying a Samsung product again. I will tell every person I know not to buy their products as long as I live.

The Ultimate Viewing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m blown away by this Samsung S95F-OLED! The AI voice control is super handy, and I love how it automatically optimizes the sound and picture based on what I’m watching. The blacks are deep and the images are crystal clear—it’s spoiled me for any other TV. I definitely notice the drop in quality whenever I have to watch a non-OLED screen now. It’s a bit of an investment, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for!

You get what you pay for and this TV ain't cheap, but it isn't five star for two reasons, and idk if it really matters to most buyers: 1. Nothing is perfect, no matter how much you pay; and, 2. The AI is intrusive, maybe it works better with a Samsung phone, etc. attached for calibration purposes, but trying with an iPhone isn't hard, it just isn't that good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sometimes it freezes

Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

This tv has great features

It's great how the settings of the picture quality whether I am gaming or watching a movie changes. Easy set up and remote control is easy to use as well. Definitely one of the best OLED tv that I have seen.

Outstanding TV for Image Quality and Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been a Sony user for decades for image quality. This Samsung has me questioning why I didn't switch sooner. This model has an outstanding image, and the AI is adept at producing the best of whatever content type it receives. It's streaming capabilities and functions leaves the previous TV in the dust. It's ability to detect and utilize the soundbar without any input was a bonus. I would have no issue in recommending this TV to anyone I know. Any acquaintances that have popped in have asked what model they are viewing. This is a stunning, well thought out product with a small intuitive remove.
