Another solid win from Ninja!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a huge Ninja fan, so I was excited to try out this travel mug. I immediately appreciated that you can place it in the dishwasher (even though handwashing is recommended). It’s also very important to me that every piece is able to be disassembled and cleaned. The lid easily unlocks into two pieces and there are no ‘nooks or crannies’ for mold to hide in. The mug itself feels high quality and has a solid weight to it. It really does quickly adjust your drink’s temperature and then continues to maintain that temperature for hours. Even the shape of the lid is thoughtfully designed, with a slope up to the mouthpiece so you don’t spill on yourself. I highly prefer this to our Contigo mugs (which I will not repurchase in the future). This mug is a solid 5 stars.

Perfect travel mug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s actually the perfect sip, so cool how this travel mug works, the press and close thing on the lid is very convenient for on the go or on the car and the silicone base helps not scratch both the bottle and everywhere you place it on. Love the color combo too and my beverage was hot for hours and hours! Amazing!

A great innovation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this travel mug! It feels very well built, the exterior is mostly a solid powder coated metal, with a silicon sleeve for the bottom and the lid is plastic. The spout is perfect to drink from, and the overall size is great for one cup of coffee or tea. It also fits in a car cupholder which is really convenient. The lid design is generally decent, there's just a lever that you click back and forth to seal/unseal. While it doesn't leak at all while sealed I do wish that there was some kind of locking mechanism to prevent accidental openings while in a bag. Now the main feature is the insulation or "Sip Perfect" technology which I have to say is pretty nice but has limits. I put boiling hot tea into it and the mug did cool it to a drinkable temperature within a few minutes, and then maintained that temp for a hours. On the other hand I put cooler coffee into it and that was cooled further to a lukewarm temp which was less enjoyable. The instructions do say to preheat it with boiling water if you're going to do that, so that was partially user error, but it's good to keep in mind that it requires extra effort to use if you're running late and trying to take something to go. Overall I think it's a really cool innovation, and I can definitely see myself using this is an option, but I'd like to have a regular travel mug also depending on the situation.

Handy mug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This travel mug is everything, the durability it provides is unmatched. There is a silicone piece so in case you drop it, it won’t dent. Also, the mug is leak-proof so you don’t have to worry about spills. Keep your drink hot for those cold winter months! Overall best design so far.

Not that user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to like this, but just can’t. Seems to be sturdy construction and easily transported. The problem is in the steps you have to take in order to heat it up, or cool it down and maintaining the temperature you want. Just not convenient, in my opinion
