Only mug that keeps my product hot

This is the best hot temperature mug I own and I have tried them all. It does an amazing top of dropping the product to the right temperature then holding it for prolonged periods of time. I used it and another known brand and after walking around for 7 hours in cold weather this was no different than first pour and the other was ice cold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second cup that I have had.
The first one stopped keeping things warm after about a year.
Ninja replaced it without any issues.

Love this cup. It seals tight, keeps drinks warm all day. Its durable and easy to clean. I love that the lid comes apart for better cleaning.

Wow this cup works amazing it’s keep my coffee hot and my ice tea cold I am really impressed I have other mugs and they not even compare to this mug

I love this thermos!!!! I do which it had a strap or handle for easier carrying. The lid mechanism is perfect and the unit definitely keeps my coffee at a drinkable temperature.

This is the poorest example of a ninja product I've ever seen. I own several ninja appliances and just love them, so I thought this cup would be a dream come true. Unfortunately it's a nightmare. It doesn't work any better than a cup costing a third of the price and it leaks like a sieve. I'm an engineer and I understand how a gasket works. I removed the gaskets and thoroughly cleaned both the gaskets and the seats. I made sure they were replaced properly and it still leaks. The cup itself seems to be well made but the lid leaks, sprays out a mist when you first open it, it is difficult to clean, and I'm guessing it would be very easy to lose the gaskets making the cup useless. The ninja sip perfect 16 oz travel mug does not live up to what I expect out of a Ninja product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
