Good suction, lightweight. My dogs fur is getting stuck on the filter rather than dropping into the dustbin. Is there a way to correct this.

What do u mean? I've just received the vaccine I'm trying it out although it didn't give me instructions on how to remove the extension so I can break it down and multi surface clean and it turns I don't know if it should do they or not. It vaccis pretty good.
