Cannot get bottom off to use as hand vac. Will NOT come off at all.

The plastic is very cheap. The clip to keep the handle in place doesn’t stay on causing the handle to slip out of place. Very frustrating

I thought it was for both carpet and floor, but it's only for floor. The main drawback is that the attachments detach easily while you are cleaning.

The rubber piece on the bottom popped off 1st day I bought it and now wont stay on at all. Wheels makes a really loud squeaking/screeching sound when moving. The only thing I can't really complain about is the suction is good.

I love this vacuum , it’s light and easy to use.
Has a long cord, comes apart and makes a handheld vacuum. I use it on my kitchen floor, couch, carpet and in my car. I really like the fact that it has no brush on the bottom that usually collects lent and hair. Lots of power too.
