Stopped working after 4 min

I was super impressed at fist sight and the first time I used it, it has no suction power and stopped working before I could even finish the 10 x 10 office I have.

Had a little difficulty getting the handle in and positioned correctly. Great little stick vacuum, though, for cleaning up quickly.
