Nothing great wouldn’t buy again

We bought the ninja pack pack cooler 36 cans. It in the top it only holds 24 cans and doesn’t keep ice in hot weather especially if you do as they suggest and don’t zip it

For best performance, please ensure the zipper is fully closed, as it is leakproof and designed to help maintain temperature. The cooler can hold up to 36 cans without ice or approximately 24 cans plus ice. Good insulation, but smaller than advertised

The cooler backpack keeps drinks cold very well, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the backpack feels heavy even before adding drinks, and I was not able to fit the full 36 cans as advertised.

I wrote a review about this cooler last week and how no one would help me with my Frost Vault backpack cooler broken zipper. Since e then they have sent me a brand new cooler. So thanks, Shark Ninja for the new cooler. I will give another review for this cooler after I have used it a few times and the zipper stays zipped.

Bought this to use for work. My husband and I work 12-hour shifts, and we needed something to keep food and beverages in, so we weren't running out for fast food. The ease of carrying it as a backpack was a selling point. Bonus points for the included ice packs. Now if only Ninja would fulfill my 50Q frost vault order from the Ninja Kitchen TikTok shop. I maintain that if the item was unavailable/out of stock, I would not have been able to order it.

Such an amazing cooler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is a road trip game changer. i filled it with yogurt, fruit and other perishable snacks for our whole family and it fits A LOT. it kept everything cold, fit perfectly in the car, and i love the thick, insulated hard sides that keeps everything safe. great product

was so excited for this we have multiple ninja products and love however I used this twice and was just
too heavy to walk around with. currently in the return process. loved the storage zone and color but in the end didnt meet my needs with the weight.

Good but not great

This is a good cooler but not great. There is no way 36 cans fit in the upper cooler section. Maybe they were referring to the 6.5 oz juice cans. Could probably hold 36 of those. Seems bulky but doesn't hold as much as I thought. I did like the chest fastener for the shoulder straps. Ninja usually makes excellent products. This one is not a good as other Ninja stuff I've bought.

Good but heavy

I wanted to be able to use it a few times before I left a review. This cooler, by itself and empty is pretty heavy. Im only 4’11 and its not ideal for someone of short stature. I wish they had something smaller and more compact in this same design.. The 24 can is the same height as this one so it wouldnt of made a big difference ordering the smaller size. I will definitely be returning as I am definitely not happy with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
