I have made several purchases from BCP and they have all been excellent values. In comparing prices, you might have a tendency to expect less than average quality for items at the prices this low. I love the new swing, well worth the money! My only complain is that the cushions don't attach to anything. So every time it storms I have to bring them in or rescue them after!

Nice swing, but lousy instructions

Put this swing together yesterday....I have put a lot of things together, but this one was difficult, here's why....the instructions are pictures, not a problem, easy to follow, BUT, some pieces (ie) J, K, D,need to have a closeup showing which direction they should be installed. If one (or all 3) go in the wrong way, you have to remove a lot of bolts to reverse the piece...Plastic pieces are questionable because in the Texas heat, these could get brittle and break. The top fabric could also be heavier, but for the price, what can you expect. Overall, the swing is comfortable and we hope to get a lot of use from it. But study the instructions carefully!!!!

Swing seat sags so you feel the bar underneath you., back leans to far back to be comfortable. The swing is a little too low to the ground and I am only 5'1" . The canopy does not stay in place as the plastic cams do not stay tight so it is constantly leaning all the way up one direction or the other. The hammock portion I finally got to work but a few times it fell to the ground after putting it into position. This to date has to be the worst purchase I have every made. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty easy to put up together but definitely need two people like it suggests. The back bar is confusing. It looks like it's suppose to support. The bed when folded down but doesn't. Unless we put it on backwards?

Ok we have had this swing for several years, always outside, it's held up well but finally it is in need of some help. I don't want to throw it out because it's all still in good condition except for everything made of fabric. Can I buy a set with the cushions the top and the fabric that goes under the cushions? Thanks

I'm happy on swing and has a few issue on Canopy. The plastic screw couldn't hold and support canopy properly. It may be a design issue
