Great Patio Swing!

This patio swing was better than expected. It took a little time to assemble it with the help of my husband, but we got it together a little over an hour. Only one problem. We live in a very windy area and I can not get the canopy to stay horizontal no matter how hard we tighten the end wheel bolt. I think we are going to add a lock washer to it and see if that works. Otherwise it is a great addition to our patio and I love sitting on it and gently swinging back and forth.

Check ALL pieces

Look and double check all parts before assembling for scratches, missing pieces, or bent parts etc! I was missing 2 frame pieces to the canopy and they can't ship replacement parts, it has to be the WHOLE SWING back! I overlooked not sseeing the missing frame pieces... swing itself seems fine and comfortable.

I chose this product because it looked good, the price was right and most importantly they had a video that showed the assembly, that was a huge deciding factor for me and I assembled it all on my own.

Double check parts!

The swing itself is awesome! Unfortunately the person who packed it did not include part N Which is upper canopy frame and very important for the canopy. So now I have paid what would have been a good deal for a so-so half swing. Unfortunately the only way to correct the issue I've been told is to send the entire swing back.... mind you it's completely assembled and not enough tape in the world to send this back! Bcp is not able to send just the 2 pieces to make the canopy, it's all or nothing apparently. Great swing just sucks didn't get my frame pieces for the canopy!

This swing is well made and very comfortable. The cushions will slip a little, so we secured them in the seam to the base. I love it!
