[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I decided to retire, the company I was working for used Lenovo Thinkpad's and I always found them to be extremely reliable. Once I retired, I decided to purchase a Thinkpad for home use and I have not been disappointed as it has been just as reliable and everything is just as I remembered. For the price that I paid, this was an excellent purchase and I'm glad I made it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would of given it five stars, but the storage on it was suppose to have 1TB and it only had 456GB on each drive, and it came with a adata 64GB disk that didn't fit in any of the slots. Maybe I just don't understand how or where to insert this into the Laptop, but it came with no instructions. Everything else on this Laptop is great, but because of that I had to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buy. I was looking for a new work laptop and this unit was a little bigger than my previous Lenovo and the 16 inch much nicer. My previous laptop was about 5 years old and much-needed an upgrade. I run a batting cage, so I do not need much to operate, and this was the perfect unit and price point for my business. I do think that as I get into more of graphic design I would like to upgrade to more graphic style computer. Overall, great buy. Highly recommend

21JN005AUS. Very nice machines! The only thing I was mildly disappointed in was how slick feeling the laptop is. (I'm afraid it will slide out of my hands too easily. Wished it had a little bit of a grip to the case.)

This is my first experience with a Thinkpad and I must say the build quality of the Thinkpad is the best I have had. I use the Thinkpad for daily tasks including web browsing, programming, and most importantly editing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop. The photo editing speed is amazing.

I love Your laptops but the checkout process on your website was horrible it took me so long to figure out how to pay, The girlfriend ending up paying for it and then I had to send her money, this was ridiculous
