I absolutely love the Sole serene massager set up is very easy. It comes with the remote. It has an adjustable caring handle. I recommended wearing socks. This product has an adjust session timer. I set timer for 15 minutes. I would sit at the desired speed and intensify level L1 first I think you will enjoy this. This is really a wonderful item, especially for someone who works on their feet… I highly recommended !!

Great Massage

I was going to physical therapy for planters fasciitis. Most exercises I could do at home. The only missing piece was the massage to my feet and calves. This addressed the gap and saved me a copay every time I went to PT.

Ran for about a week and just stopped in the middle of foot massage. Didn’t care for how it was engineered when it did run. Very difficult to set up for calf massage.
