Many times mess up position.

Issue with location on map many time. Sometimes it got stuck, then lost position, or got move a little bit will lost position also.
When it lost position, can’t clean, hit around, cannot go back to station by itself when it lost position. Bad experience with flagship like this. Update software to fix please.

Its so quiet!

This vacuum/mop is so quiet. And fast. It seems to clean much faster than the previous model I had. And it's much more quiet. Also it learns as it goes and uses AI and it decided the best times and days to clean the house and the most efficient order to clean the rooms. Its a really awesome machine! Best one I've ever owned!

The upgrade we needed

we originally had 4 of the Deebot X2 units due to the size of the house. We recently upgraded 1 of those to the Deebot X12 on the lower level. It has now replaced the 2nd unit & we now only need 1 unit per level. We plan to upgrade the 2 units upstairs to one Deebot X12. Further, the cleaning quality is amazing, its so quite & would highly recommend spending the money of the Deebot X12.

Great Vacuum with minor issues.

I have had this for a few weeks and have been enjoying it for the most part. It does get stuck trying to head under the center of my table. The legs come down from the center and there is a few inch gap that it tries to go under and ends up getting stuck most of the time. I also have noticed that it fails to notice stains on my floor. I have to manually tell hit the spot to spray and clean. However, this may be due to me running it at night so not fully sure if that is the problem. I do enjoy how much hair it picks up and does not get tangled. It also does a great job at mopping the floors as a whole over all.

My Best Ecovac vacuum

I have been using Ecovac vacuum for past 5 years and X12 is the best so far. It deep cleans the hard strains and have better battery life. With Ecovac cleaning is the least thing I worry about daily.

This really sucks!

I traded my old ecovacs for latest model and I must say it was worth the price. The suction is incredible for carpets and the new mop does a fantastic job on the luxury vinyl. It runs very quietly, and the AI is way smarter than I am.
The end result is a totally clean floor, and that’s what we buy a robotic vacuum cleaner, isn’t it?
I’ve owned several in the past, and this one is clearly the best!

I just upgraded to the X12 series of DeeBot and I can honestly say that I am not all that impressed with it like I was when I first purchased one years ago (X8). The idea and effort behind the unit is awesome and would help me out greatly, because I am disabled and cannot bend over or even mop a floor, but it never works consistently. I just bought the new unit and have already had so many issues with the mop tray that I am ready to send it back. Additionally just a note for future building of units. Please stop making so many little tiny spaces that can not be accessed to clean. All the nooks and crannies make it so hard to clean and maintain so it works properly. The app is not the most user friendly either. I would also suggest being able to change the name (yiko) to something else besides yiko. It is hard to pronounce correctly for the voice recognition to pick when I say the name.
When it does work properly it does a great job and is by leaps and bounds so much more quite than its predecessor. I can actually hear the TV while it is running. Sorry for the negative comments but I think they are necessary to improve the unit. I also want to make clear, I am not bashing the product. As I have said it is great, when it works correctly. I love not having to worry about cleaning the floors all the time either with the 3 dogs I have.
