Not perfect, but pretty good

I first want to mention that we bought the X12 as a replacement for the X11 we recently returned to a 2nd party vendor. E had problems with it after only 3 months. It had started leaking, and the roller mop would not stay in place. It would also start smelling terrible, even with frequent cleanings and roller replacement. We have 3 Newfoundland and their long hair would also get wrapped around the roller daily. The X12 has done much better so far. We’ve had zero hair wraps, and this model does a much better job drying the roller mop so we haven’t noticed any odors so far. The X12 is navigating better, but it does still get stuck on rugs. I guess this odd the trade off for enough suction power to tackle the dog hair. This new model is supposed to pre-spray stains before mopping, which we were hoping would be a plus with dogs that drool, but we haven’t seen this function yet, and there have been spots that didn’t get cleaned well. With the did we’re have, cheap models are a total waste of time. I’d this one lasts, it will be an improvement over the past 3 bits we’ve had.

Omnicyclone x12

Doesn't clean as well as the Omni x1 out of the box. x12 leaves streaks and the floor just doesn't have that shine as the x1. I've had to work the settings many times and am feeling like it's getting closer. But it's set up for deep clean and cleaning pass x2 in at least 2 of the 8 rooms. The x1 was always at stock settings. The vacuum works well on my rugs. It is a racket going over thresholds. Very loud banging! And then it straddles the threshold trying to clean as well. Weird. The x1 was graceful. I've yet to see the FocusJet do its thing. But most of my stains are small and kinda blend in with the floor. At the end of the day: the fact that I can clean carpets and rugs while it's mopping, the OZMO roller cleaning right up against the wall, bagless canister and fast charging offsets the limitations of the x1.

Great vacuum

Loving this vacuum and its accessories. It is very quiet in comparison to our older model. Much more AI advancement and I know I’m not even utilizing it to its full potential!

Works very well once we learned how to use it. The menus were a bit confusing at first, but once we learned how to navigate the software, we had a good experience with room priorities, choices, and cleaning. It still gets “confused” with the correct pathway to an area, but maybe we just haven’t learned the best technique yet
