Natural Hair Style and Trendy dress

This fashionista has a gorgeous natural Afro, diverse body type, beautiful skin tone, and well done make up colors. Her preppy pink and green dress and sneakers are bright and vibrant. She is flat footed. She definitely is free spirited rocking a natural hair style, which is my daughter’s favorite part. She is a bit stiff, slight difficulty bending arms and legs, but my daughter had no problems changing her clothes.

Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barbie style is great. I love the Afro and the multicultural inclusiveness. However, my child was not to happy about the knees not bending. And the dual texture of the legs. It makes it seem of lower quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fan of the doll except the makeup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty barbie in general. Very nice and soft hair. Pretty dress. Comes with a gold watch and tennis shoes. However, I'm not particularly fond of her makeup and that's my only major critique. I don't feel that bright red lipstick on a very dark skinned doll (she is much darker in real life than the picture) gives the vibe they want to be giving, if you catch my drift. Maybe a pleasant pink or purple next time? Or a neutral color would be nice too. Overall I like the doll, but not a fan of the lipstick.

Life like doll special for little girls everywhere

The doll we received is an African American fashionista doll with real life like hair. Her hair is in the style of an Afro. It’s soft and bouncy like real hair. Beautiful brown skin and a flattering outfit. Being a biracial family; it’s important to us there being representation of all beautiful girls. We love the doll sturdy like all of our Mattel product.
