All modern girls should choose comfort over all. What a beautiful doll for kids to play with or adults who collect Barbies to add to their collection.

Simple Barbie with beautiful skin and hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter received this toy and assisted with the review. We both loved the doll’s dark skin and the Afro style of her hair. She is looking forward to playing with and styling it. The Barbie is a basic, simple style with minimal joints, only the shoulders and hips. The outfit and accessories are cute- striped dress, a watch and high top sneakers- her feet are flat.

Very sturdy and great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll has no joint articulation, but that is clear in the box so definitely not a problem at all and doesn’t limit play for younger kids. The hair was not at all squished down from the package, which is something you find with a lot of curly haired dolls, so that was nice to see. The hair was also very soft and fluffy, without glue and not crunchy. There is a bit of fraying on the collar of the dress but even so, I’m not worried about it coming apart. My child really enjoys this doll, and it is very sturdy and has shown that it can keep up with busy dramatic play. Would definitely recommend.

The Bigger the Hair the Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is obsessed with this Barbie. The bigger the hair, the better and this doll shows up like she’s ready for a shampoo commercial. The whole series is a win: cute outfits, fabulous hair, and zero drama (unlike certain kids I know).
Honestly, it’s amazing to finally have a doll that looks like her or at least like someone at our family cookout. Representation plus great hair.

Very pretty Afro hair barbie

The downside was there’s no mini pick or anything to keep the hair clean after playing. Within days, the hair was matted and looked bad. My kiddo is still playing with her but always mentions her hair
