Phone looks like brand-new, screen and battery in perfect working order. Considering a replacement screen and battery was like $50 more to repair than replace, it's a no brainer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Add said refurbished excellent and I don't think it was ever used. Popped the sim card in and off it went transfering account data. Nice upgrade for my son as I have had a pixel 6 for a few years and they are great phones with many options not on other android phones

Software works fine so far but as soon as i got it i was having problems with my headphones disconnecting constantly. I assumed it was a problem with the adapter i was using but nope, the usb-c port is loose. UGH. I'm really not in the market to replace all my headphones with bluetooth ones, that's why i buy refurbished phones after all. So annoying since it's a huge part of my phone usage. Also doesn't bode well for my ability to continue charging it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone looks great! Just didn't come with all necessary accessories, just the plug (along with the phone). It doesn't bother me too much since the price for this refurbished product was good though.

Battery is crap

Looks good, performs good, but the battery is horrible with dropping charge out of the box like crazy. Charges only with certain cables and chargers (the one provided inside the box did not even charge the phone overnight), overheats without use. Barely lasts a day, unless I change the battery for a new one. Possible return.

I have a 12pro max as my primary phone, but wanted a second android phone and didn’t feel like spending lot of money. So I came access this refurbished phone.

As soon as I placed order, I received it in few days and as I opened the box, I was really surprised. The product was so good it looked as if I bought a new one and not even a single scratch anywhere.
Device was heating up a little at the beginning but after updating to the latest OS, it’s working fine and no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
