Folgers Classic Roast

Sadly I agree, the rate of this batch of Folgers Classic i bought for Thanksgiving tastes completely different. And by different, it's....off. it could be a singular incident but it shakes my consumer confidence and opens me up to the possibility of changing brands. It's just that bad. Folgers, you may be saying nothing changed, but i trust my gut and my tongue. Especially when others are telling me I'm not wrong. You need crisis comms on this. Interesting study in whether branding or packaging is completely or partially responsible for consumer perception.

Been drinking Folgers Classic since 2011 and it doesn’t taste the same! Used to need 2 equals and now I need 4 it’s not the same taste as usual! What changed?!

Everyone is right the taste is bad

sour coffee every time I buy it I dumped out a cup this morning the taste is still in my mouth. Disgusting! Going to have to buy a different brand from now on if they are not going to do anything about it.

Folder’s isn’t the same.

I’ve been a loyal Folder’s customer all my adult life. I’m sure many would have agreed that Folders coffee has always been superior to other brands—until recent years, that is. Lately we’ve found that we have to add more coffee to get the same great taste we’re looking for, and at first I’d blamed it on my coffee pot meeting the end of its life (a Bunn coffee maker). I went out and bought a new Bunn thinking surely this will fix the issue, never thinking for a second that a trusted brand like Folders would do something like that to its loyal consumers. The new Bunn didn’t make much difference, of course, and I began to suspect it was, in fact, Folders’ recipe. They’ve changed it, no matter what they want to tell us. It seems like there is some type of filler in there now, and for a brand that costs as much as Folder’s, this is unacceptable, obviously. We’ve since changed brands. We hope that in the future, Folders corrects this, but we do believe that they will have lost a large piece of their following for breaking folks’ trust the way that they have.

Folgers is my cup of tea, if you know what I mean. It is the only coffee for me, the perk in my step is what it really brings.

If the store doesn't have Folgers Classic Roast I'm not a happy camper. FOLGERS in MY Cup is a must, other brands will be left in the dust.

Even far far away from USA Folgers taste like home. and I love it. Was awaiting for it almost 2 weeks but now I can start my waking up with Folgers in my cup.
