smell and taste awful

I bought another cannister, as other didn't smell and tasted awful so threw, opened up new cannister, took a whiff to smell coffee, no smell and was awful as other. So disappointed as had no good cupof coffee. I'm 70 on social security and switching to see If Maxwell House any better.I hope. I miss my 2 cups in the morning that tastes like coffee, not awful undrinkable Foldiers. And no expired-good to 2025

What Happened to Folgers Classic roast

After 50 years of Folgers being my go to coffee they have lost me as a customer. Tried 3 different cans and all three were horrible!

Seriously what happened to Folgers? I thought I was crazy and just got a bad tub... Or two... But I've heard more and more people say this coffee changed
It's not even ok, it's terrible, it's like a store brand.

Usually a Good Coffee

As others have noted somethings going on with Folgers. It’s gotten a strange flavor, bitter about half way through the 30.5 can. I’m a die hard loyal Folgers customer and love the taste of your coffee. As such I’ve purchased a new can after being with Chock Full O Nuts which has a similar flavor to Folgers but isn’t bitter at all.
Folgers has to go back to the metal package PLEASE, plastic could be a cause. Coffee tastes like what it’s stored around. The tin steel can keeps the coffee fresh!! Like a bank Vault guys!! The Folgers in plastic smells off about half way through. What’s goin on!!??

Poor taste and smell.

I have been a Folgers fan for many years. The coffee no longer tastes or smells the same. I even bought a new can. Decaf best by dates were August 11, 2023 and November 14, 2023 and regular Classic Roast is August 11, 2023. What has changed.

What happened to Folgers?

Bought a new can a week ago. This is terrible. Doesn't smell good and the taste is just nasty. I've been drinking Folgers for 40 years and this is the first time I've thrown a can of coffee in the trash.

Coffee Taste Smells like rubber

I was hoping for a good cup coffee to stay up late. I tried it and it taste like burnt rubber. The quality was not there.The Coffee was burnt and smelled like old honey and rubber,

New Can, horrible smell

I just got a new can of folders classic. Threw the old one out, and this new one smells and tastes super skunky! Horrible. I don't know what changes have been made but the price has gone up 30 percent in 6 months and the aroma and taste is very different. Bad different. All I buy is folders and now I have to find a new coffee. Fix it please.
