Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive before I ordered the Mahogany—I mean "…notes of aromatic wood and leather…" Really? Wood and leather in my coffee? Huh? But I really like the smoothness and ruggedness of the flavor. It is full-bodied yet paradoxically easy to drink. I am not a coffee connoisseur in any way, shape, or form and don't claim to have a sophisticated palate able to discern subtle hints of various flavors…I just like my coffee flavorful and the CC Mahogany delivers.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Good, but something's missing

I expected this coffee to make my dreams come true, with a name like Mahogany; but it's lacking in the flavor department and is a bit too light for my tastes. I might recommend this to anyone who prefers a light or medium roast (just watch out for the unusual aftertaste).
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Not Enough Flavor

You'll notice a wonderful aroma, and a smooth taste. No harsh bitterness at all.
