Customer Reviews for Lenovo - Power Adapter for Tablet 10, ThinkPad 11, 11e Chromebook, Thinkpad 13, 13 Chromebook, ThinkPad A275, A285 and A475 - Black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed an extra charger so I didn't have to carry the one I have back and forth everyday. It works perfectly for my Lenovo Yoga. The description didn't say it was for my device, but I looked at my current charger and matched the 45W & USB-C & AC type charger...pretty easy to figure that it would work, since everything matched and I was right. So nice to have one at home and one at work now.
My Lenovo 45W USB-C AC Adapter has stopped working within 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lenovo 45W USB-C AC Adapter is identical to the power adapter that that was the original equipment. Third party vendors kept trying to sell me adapters with the wrong power output. They would have ruined my Yoga laptop. Not only was the price reasonable, it arrived two days earlier than expected. I am a very satisfied customer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started having trouble charging my 2yo Yoga laptop. Hoped a new cord would fix the problem, but it didn't, so I sent it back. The battery will charge and hold the charge -- sometimes. Other times, the plug indicator blinks and says "plugged in, not charging." This is not good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lenovo appreciates you taking the time to share your comments and concerns. To explain the answer you seek with your battery is called Energy Management. It is a working mode in order to protect your battery and maximize the battery's life span. If you want to change the mode, refer to the following settings. 1. Check whether Lenovo Energy Management software has been installed. If not, please go to Lenovo support website to download according to your machine model and operating system. 2. Run Lenovo Power Management. Click the gear icon at its lower right corner 3. Open the "Battery Health" page. In this page there are two modes: "Optimize for Battery Runtime" and "Optimize for Battery Lifespan". If you need to charge the battery fully, please select the "Optimize for Battery Runtime" and click "Apply" or "OK". 4. Now your battery should be able to charge fully. Take a period of observation, if it is not charging yet, (Windows system's battery icon is not full but it does not prompt "charging"), please run the Lenovo Power Management, click the gear icon, select “Battery Gauge Reset" and operate according to its prompts. (Strictly follow the software prompts, otherwise it would not achieve the purpose. This process may last a few hours, and you cannot disconnect the external power supply or turn off the computer in the process.) 5. After performing battery fix operation correctly, if the issue persists, please contact our Technical support team at https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/ for further assistance. We want you to have a superior experience with our products and appreciate your business. Please let us know if this helps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this charger about a month ago when the original one that came with my laptop broke. I love the charger as it charges super fast but oy wish it was more durable. It easily snaps off the charging port even if I lightly place my laptop a little away in a way that the charging wire stretches only a bit. It just snaps and clicks away. Overall charging is good.
