Shocked at how low quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shocked at how low quality this feels based on the other reviews I’d read and the price. Barely any of it seems to be real wood. Feels light (vs solid) and cheap. Was also time consuming to assemble.

Poor quality drawers and hardware

The outside looks nice and sturdy (solid wood) but the drawers and hardware it slides on are very flimsy and feels cheaply constructed. I don't anticipate this dresser lasting long with daily use.

Good except for pecan finish

The dresser was relatively straightforward to put together. The pictured instructions were very clear. The only issue with the instructions was that one step was omitted. That was to screw in the bottom support for each of the drawers. But it was pretty obvious, so not really an issue. Four stars because the pecan finish is ugly. I like to see the wood grain and some of its natural color variation. The pecan finish is an uninspired brown with only a little wood grain showing through.
