Bought a West elm dining table last year and hated the chairs that were supposed to go with it. Looked everywhere until we say these and they finished off the look perfect at a great price. Heavy, sturdy and comfortable, they are perfect.

Chairs seem sturdy. Easy to assemble. Modern and nice design. Finish was missing in corners of seat backs and bottoms. Not a natural finish. Looks more like streaked paint. Back legs are a bit of a tripping/stubbing toe hazard.

Wood feels too light, finish sloppily applied. Lots of bare spots and globules where the finish wasn't smooth when it dried.

Not the best, not the worst

I still really love the look of these chairs. However, after only having them for a couple of weeks, they are already starting to show wear and scratches from us sitting on them with normal clothing. We don’t have kids or animals. All of the pads on the bottom of the legs to protect the floors started to come off after a couple of days.
