We wanted a solid wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a solid wood bedframe that didn't break the bank, and this is very sturdy. We got the bedframe, nightstands and 6-drawer dresser in pecan for our new house. They are a bit time consuming to put together and the bed definitely requires two people. But it speaks to the quality of the furniture that all the pieces come together and make a very solid bedroom set. We're very pleased with the look and feel of the set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this bed being it's all wood and very sturdy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because on the headboard where the sides meet the front, the wood looks worn. Otherwise it's a nice bed.

Looks like the picture and happy with my purchase.
Took one star of because information on how far apart the slates are was not listed. There isnt a terrible gap between them but is more than 4 inches and my mattress reminds no more than 4 inches of space if only using the platform.
