The bed was easy to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed was easy to put together. I organized all the pieces ahead of time and took my time with putting everything together according to the directions. Each piece was undamaged and looked perfect. The end result was high-quality looking bad. This bed is sturdy!

Assembly was straightforward. Wood splits
on September 7, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was straightforward. Wood splits easily when tightening the screws with a small allen wrench, the footboard was dented and packaged that way from the manufacturer, lots of rough corners and edges that are lacking finish/sealer, the bed creaks and makes noises when rolling around or getting in and out of bed and is getting worse by the day. I would not recommend or buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed exceeded my expectations in every way. For such a reasonable price, I was shocked at how beautiful, sturdy, and high-quality it is! Assembly was painless, too. I will definitely be back for more furniture from Plank + Beam.

Good bed

The bed is beautiful and sturdy. Assembly was straight forward with clear instructions. I'm not so happy about the color - I was expecting a natural tree color but the actual color resembles cheap pvc furniture. I would prefer white or darker wood.

Love the quality and look!

Looks great in our new space and wasn't too difficult to put together! I was worried that the dimensions of our mattress would've left a few inches of empty space along the edges but it fits like a glove and is perfect for our neutral vibe. Very happy with this purchase and will be ordering the matching dressers.
