Good, solid bed.

We bought this bed because I accidentally got rid of the base to the convertible crib bed and it was held together by 2 screws and good thoughts. This bed was decently easy to put together (it does take 2 people though) and looks really nice. It’s very sturdy. We are very pleased and my 6 year old loves it.

Great quality but off gassing is bad

The product is great quality and perfect for my daughter. However, when I was putting it together yesterday the strong chemical smell of the finish was off gassing like crazy. I had to put a fan in her room to try and suck out the smell. I don't know how this can be low VOC like in the description.

Easy to assemble. The design is exactly as envisioned. The space under the bed is sufficient for a great storage area.
During the assembly it could seem that headboards are not aligned with the wooden pegs, but if angled a bit it will go right in. I predrilled some holes since one review had mentioned that the wood can split from forcing a screw into a smooth surface. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

The furniture looks nice. I would recommend predrilling holes when putting the bed together. My husband started with a hand screw driver and it caused a crack in one of the side panels.

Solid Bed

Nice quality, solid bed. Was easy to put together and we love the color. My only complaint would be that the screws are exposed and the bed doesn’t come with anything to cover them up. Other than that, very happy with our purchase.
