Great Chairs.

These are sturdy chairs, truly black in color. The parts were well organized and the pieces were easy to assemble. In addition to the Allen wrench provided, I recommend a power drill with a square-tipped bit as there are more than 12 long screws per chair. The only parts less than stellar were the circular foam stickers to protect the legs. The ones I received were brown (not black) and they were not big nor thick enough to stop the chair legs from scraping my hardwood floor. So I bought different ones from the hardware store, which was a small price to pay. I've had much more expensive chairs that do not look or feel this good. The final result looks pretty stunning.

Pretty, but poor quality

These chairs are beautiful but are low quality. The wood is very soft, you fingernail can scratch it. I ordered 6 chairs, 1 has a spilt down the middle of the seat, another one the back is coming apart. I haven’t even had them for a full year.

I have had my dining chairs for less than a month and one chair has already cracked. I contacted the company 2 business days ago but still no response from them.

3 out of my 6 chairs cracked after less than 2 months of having them. A 4th one looks like it is about to crack.
I had two replaced but after trying to contact them 4 additional times on the 3rd one that cracked I have not heard back.
I love the looks of them but with them breaking in less than two months I would not recommend.
