Nightmare to Put together

This is the by far the worst experience I have ever had putting furniture together. It comes in 2 boxes with no organization of what box to open first. Pieces are not numbered in any kind of order that you are putting them together. There are 150 - 200 pieces of hardware that is just in two bags and you need to sort. They are similiar sizes. So, you end up having to compare a lot of them 1 by 1. Then there is a A and B choice which it takes staring at the pictures a long time to figure out the difference. Then you finally get the bed just about together. You are in the homestretch. And the planks (that the mattress sits on) are wrapped in a strap with 3-5 staples in every end of the board. 14 boards X 8 staples (call it 4 a side) is over 100 staples you need to pull. And they do not come out easy. They break, etc. It took an hour to pull the staples to continue the job. I am pretty experienced (and better than average) at putting furniture together and it took over 8 hours to put together. I do not care how much it cost. Or if it is a good piece of furniture. That is unacceptable. Do not buy this.

I absolutely love my new twin over queen farm house bunk bed , it's very sturdy, quality product. Assembly direction could use some written instruction, but over all were fine. It took about 4 hour to assemble w my toddler helping.

The bed is for our guest bedroom. Well built and sturdy.
My husband was able to put it together by himself. Instructions were in point.
The mattress is very comfortable too!

Color?

We order Driftwood color but it does not look like color in picture online. In fact I questiom whether we actually received Barnwood Brown as it is much darker and more brown than what is shown in the picture. Other than the we love the size. One of the boards did come with a crack which we worry could get worse but my husband thankfully is handy and was able to put on a bracket to prevent further cracking. It was definitely a 2 person job to put together but once done very happy with the twin xl over queen option. It is going in our beach house and gives option for adult couple to sleep in queen and be comfortable!
