Falls apart immediately

I know furniture isn't made to last these days but I would've hoped it could at least survive past assembly. The mechanism by which the base attaches to the top (where you're screwing into) is just hammered in and pops out of the socket pretty fast. Unfortunately there's no real way to secure it as this is an obvious design flaw. Picture from the instructions provided show the part that's just tamped in, not actually fastened. Avoid if you can.

Love it!!! Just received and put together myself. Had no problems with the instructions and putting together was relatively easy even by myself. Just take your time on the “spindels” around the base —- you will get it just take your time. It probably took me 45 minutes to put together snd its solid and sturdy! A perfect size for my small space.

Abhorrent Quality

Genuinely wanted to love this table, but the quality is so bad I stopped putting it together half way through.
The finish is patchy with warm and cool streaks on the table top, which have different levels of reflectivity and smoothness.
The top comes in two halves, which do not join up as closely or smoothly as needed. There’s also no way to clean between them. Your kid spilled juice and it seeped between them? Enjoy smelling that for the next five weeks. At least it wasn’t milk.
This wood is so soft it’s flaccid. Don’t let Jimmy with his juice do his homework here or you’ll be reading his book report like the back of a cereal box for the rest of your life. Or at least for the life of the table, which is likely not that long.
The tolerances must have been set to 1000 when this thing was manufactured because the support beams in the legs are totally wonky and don’t slot against the bases. Some gaps are more than 1/16 of an inch, just like the table top. One corner in the joint of the table top is smoothed out on mine. Their quality control engineers must have all called out sick the day this was manufactured. And probably yours was too, if you buy this. Which you shouldn’t.
The design concept is beautiful. The execution is so bad it feels like a middle finger from plank and beam. I will not be keeping.
