Really Wanted to Love These

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: the design in which each pencil is actually 2 different colors (1 at each end) is a great idea. I like that they came pre-sharpened. Overall, the drawing experience was in line with that of other colored pencils I've used.
Cons: the pencil "lead" is slightly softer than to be expected and this leads to the tip breaking off and leaving a crater in the pencil head. We had this happen to 2 or 3 different pencil tips in the first hour or so of use.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the Prang colored pencil set was pretty good especially for young children. The colors in the set were great, they looked nice on paper, they can be applied easily, they don't break easily and are easy to sharpen. I am pleased with this product and feel they are perfect for myself and my children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the duo color pencils. My daughter really enjoyed using them for art class and school projects. Because they are two sided it makes working in a tiny space easy, not having to find the right color.

Great for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves using colored pencils. She likes to write and color with them. These are really smooth, blend nicely, do not wear down easily like some others or break. Very nice sturdy pencils that even I enjoy using.

Love the dual sided pencils!

I love that this means less pencils to pick up/keep track of, but they still have just as many colors to choose! These pencils are also quite sturdy and haven't broken yet (despite my kids' best attempts to, I swear!).

Smooth writing colored pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work nicely, they write smoothly for good coloring. My 6 year old used them in his coloring book and the points did not break easily or get worn down quickly. There is a nice selection of colors in this pack. I was a little worried that my son would poke himself with the points since they are double sided but It wasn't a problem for him.
