The micro wave has been a real time saver for my wife and I. The product was easy to learn and produces a tasty finished meal.

Magnetron went out twice in 2 years. Very disappointed! This appears to be a very common complaint.

Great features, love the double oven!

I love my new stove. This is the first time I've had a double oven and I'm so glad I purchased it. My one complaint is the timer. You have to hold down button to advance time and you have to press down fairly hard. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend this oven.

Love Convection oven with flat cooktop.

Have had this oven for over 1 month.. replacing a similar model, we had for 15 yrs..Like: dual burner size controlling inner ring or both on one knob..Like: the fast preheat using convection element on lower oven, used to do this manually on my old stove.Dislike: the tiny single hot surface warning led... solution: just assume surfaces are always hot..but have to retrain entire household not to put meltable plastics onstove. (prior stove had a cluster of 4 1 cm sized LED's indicating burner still hot)

Love the double oven and the convection feature!

We have come across a few problems with this model.The solid black stove top shows every little spot(has to be cleaned constantly). Also the slight ridge around the stove top get scratches as pans are moved on and off the burners.The push pad controls are nice, but it takes a lot of finger pressure to set the controls you want to use. As you get older, your hand strength decreases.

Microwave function dropped dead

Bought in 2010, but for a summer vacation home where it gets light use for only two months a year, so its actual age at death last Fall was about 14 months at most. We were going to call our excellent repairman but, according to the reviews, the problem is most likely the magnetron and a replacement will also fail in a short time, so we'll have to spring for purchase and installation of new micro-convection, which very definitely will NOT be a Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
