[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more struggling with flimsy plastic tape dispensers! This desktop unit is heavy enough to stay where you put it, portable enough to be moved to another workstation or table (gift wrappers, take note). Allows users to buy rolls of tape as refills instead of more and more hard-to-recycle single-use tape dispensers.

Too Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this Scotch tape dispenser is simple and attractive. The issue we had with it was that it's not heavy enough to stay in place when one is tearing off a piece of tape. I wouldn't bother taking up space on my desk with this tape dispenser because of that issue.

Scotch Tape Dispenser, Functional and Pretty Too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of the Scotch Desktop Dispenser. Not only is it functional, it is pretty as well. It is very helpful that I can get a piece of tape one-handed while holding the item I am taping with the other hand--especially when wrapping gifts, for example. It is amply weighted and has a no-slip bottom surface so it stays put. And, again I say, the lavender color is just pretty! A perfect addition to any desk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mint green color is very attractive. It creates a calm atmosphere in your desk area. It is very similar to the original dispensers. The only negative thing about it is that it seems to be lighter. It tips fairy easy when I'm using one hand to tear the tape off.

Perfect color and smooth dispensing!

I even let my granddaughter “borrow” my dispenser for her taping projects. It has stood up to her use quite well. I would recommend this tape dispenser for home or office use.

A tape dispenser that does a good job.

One-handed helper

As a crafter, I often need to get a piece of tape while holding a project. This dispenser is weighted well enough that the tape is easy to get a piece one-handed. And the mint color is fantastic!
