Coffee was busted inside the box and coffee went everywhere. The coffee is good after a 30 minute cleanup. The box wasn't damaged but inside coffee had a big hole. Every pod has to be cleaned off.
This is my favortie coffee of all time! I love the rich dark flavor of the Barista Prima French Roast. It is not bitter like other French Roasts out there. If you love the strong flavor of coffee, this a must try.
The store I purchased it from ran out and didn't appear to have intentions of restocking it. I will be using this service again. My coffee is getting cold

Over time which probably involved several orders where Ihad received A few damaged pods, I finally decided it was time to report the problem. It took several minutes of conversation to try to explain the problem and after several back and forth conversations the customer understood and was convinced that it may have been a packaging problem at their production facility. The gentleman that I had been speaking with made restitution for the damaged pods to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the outcome.
