I love Barista Prima Italian roast -- I've enjoyed it for years. For some unknowable reason, Keurig replaced it with Italian Hazelnut -- a good way to ruin an excellent coffee. So I was forced into trying their French roast. Not as good, but decent.

We have been using another French roast which we really like and were dubious whether this would be as good. The good news - it is and we are really enjoying it. Good strong and smooth flavor.

Been ordering BP French Roast for about 5 years. Nice dark roast and never bitter.
They pack the cups with grounds almost to the top. So you get a good cup.
Some other brands only fill the cups half way, compare for yourself.
I hope they never change the French Roast, its perfect for my taste.

I order this French Roast on the regular because hubby loves his coffee dark, rich, but not bitter. We opened his last 24 count box so it’s time to reorder. Wishing it came in a 48 or 96 count box, though...
