Finally got around to trying my free sample of the french roast. I love french roast and this was one of the best I have tasted. Thanks for the sample. I think I may have a new favorite

Perfect anytime

This cup is perfect for morning, rainy afternoon, or a late night study. It's perfect anytime that you want to sip on smooth, dark roasted comfort.

Extremely sharp, bitter, and acidic with an unpleasant aftertaste. About the only positive factor is its rich and comforting aroma. If you're a fan of French and/or dark roast coffee I suggest trying Timothy's Parisian Nights or Rainforest Espresso. They are deep, bold, and flavorful without the overwhelming unpleasantries.

Cons: Extremely bitter, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Aftertaste

Received this sample pack in the mail, much to my surprise! My favorite was the French roast,it was so flavor-full & rich. Will definitely buy more!

Keurig sent me the 4 Barista Prima flavors free - LOVE that. This one was my second to the least favorite. It was better, but still bitter to me. Maybe I'm not fond of French Roast or Italian Roast. I typically drink my coffee with Sweet Italian Cream creamer and sweetener. I did try all of these without either first and then with. I, of course, prefer them with!
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Bitter

We only use a Keurig; so far our favorite is Newman's.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Roasted Too Light

Great taste but pricey

I normally drink Emeril's Bold. I received a sample of 4 of the Barista Prima Keurigs pods and was pleasantly surprised that I liked the Columbia, Italian Roast and French Roast, so I thought I would order a few boxes to try further...but very surprised when I saw the price which is at least 20% higher.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma

This coffee was definitely strong and well balanced. Not for the mild or light coffee drinkers. Good strong, rich cup of coffee.
