I’ve always struggled with finding a coffee that had a “rich” flavor. Didn’t like the lighter roast (couldn’t taste it) and the dark roasts always had a burnt taste - then I ran across Barista Prima – Columbia (a medium-dark). I don’t remember where I found it, but I’m sure glad I did. It’s my FAVORITE OF ALL COFFEES and a treat (usually costs a bit more) when I have it. When I’m running low irritation sets in as NO ONE in my town sells it. Boo
Most other Colombian blends I've tried are weak in flavor or they have a bitter taste, so I was thrilled to discover this Columbian blend of Barista Prima. It doesn't have any bitterness or bad aftertaste, just great consistent flavor. Truly my top favorite amongst Columbian blends.
Has a smooth taste, not too acidic. Great aroma for that first morning cup or second cup in the afternoon. The only thing I add to my coffee is non-dairy creamer. I don't use sweeteners or flavored creamers. I like my coffee too taste like coffee.
