Advertising looks are deceiving

Assembly was not as easy. Also, this holds very little weight. This is for kids only! Did not advertise as such. max weight is 380lbs and even less for the bench.

Missing PARTS

I bought this product & 1 set of armrest parts were missing!! Company doesn't have parts to replace missing parts. Since this is a best seller for this company, I would certainly hope they could provide 1 set of armrests!! Very disappointed!!!!

Oh my God. This is the most beautiful bench I’ve ever had. I got the sage color and it’s so beautiful. I almost bought the plastic one. I’m glad I saw this one.

Some assembly issues, but sturdy with plenty of room to seat 4 adults

We had two assembly issues:
(1) There was a misaligned hole in step 1 where you fasten a strut to the tabletop with 3 bolts. Any two of the bolts would go in, but not the third. We solved this with a hammer and patient screwing of the bolt all the way through the misalignment.
(2) Second issue was our fault, not being clear about which bench boards fastened to which parts, and not noticing that two bench boards are longer than two others. If you get the bench boards swapped, you can't assemble the table. The directions could be clearer on this point.

Also, don't use a "normal" #2 size Philips screwdriver that most people have. You need a #3, which has a larger tip. Using a #2 may strip the heads of the bolts. Fortunately we have a #3.
Otherwise, this is a good, sturdy picnic table, with plenty of elbow room to seat 4 people. Although the table top itself is somewhat narrow, you can still manage to get 4 full place settings on it, although serving dishes may have to be on a separate table. If the tabletop could be designed with one extra board of width, it would be ideal. This would result in a high back when converted to a bench, but that would be OK.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pandora's box of horrors starting with the reversed engineered instructions, cracked predrilled holes and missing screws, nuts & bolts!!! Too, too much to pack up & return. This was a house warming gift!
