[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad X1 Carbon might weigh less than my iPad with its keyboard, but it can compute rings around any laptop out there. I do miss the separate number keys of a full-sized laptop; however, my back prefers my lightweight solution to my laptop problem.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something as lightweight as my Google Pixelbook for travel, but as powerful as my full size laptop. This is exactly what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop! My 4th Lenovo X1 and this is the best one to date. Noticeably lighter, OLED screen is amazing! Deep blacks, excellent color. Buy it you wont regret it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it a month ago. Works great so far. I have no complaints. Everything works. Display is gorgeous: oled contrast is unbeatable, colors are fantastic. Sound is very good. The fan noise is very low and has no unpleasant tones. The mouse pad and keyboard are great. The CPU, memory and HDD are fast. The battery life is over 10 hours. Included Lenovo software is good quality. It never gets too hot. Didn't test the GPU yet, but it should be enough for most games. All in all it is an ultra portable ultra premium business laptop - well worth the price.
The laptop is great in all respects except the one that is crucial to serious typist, the keyboard. The last halfway decent keyboard was the G8. Since then they have become evermore shallow, plasticky, and clicky.
