I bought my wife the X1 Carbon gen13 to replace her X1 nano (this device wouldn’t turn on when the lid opens). She loves this new X1 product. First she commented on the amazing screen and how sleek and stylish the device is. Practically though it’s got so many features that make life a little simpler. Plenty of ram and storage in a super sturdy yet incredibly light package. She won’t have any other laptop.

Functions okay, trouble with audio drivers.

For the most part, this new laptop works pretty well for me. Vibrant display, fairly quick loading time, remembers all the Edge browser arrangements from my previous computer, and keeps them on hand for a quick return after restarting the computer.
That said... I'm still trying to figure out what sometimes makes the audio drivers disappear, muting the computer _until_ I restart it.
