[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this about a month now. I have a large family so I'm happy with the five burners. Only complaint, the stainless steel stains. I have scrubbed with baking soda but it didn't all coke off. Spending so much, I'd hope this wouldn't have been the case. Also one of the rubber feet on the bottom is missing. Can you tell me where to get more?

Cooktop finish scratches easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this cooktop installed a couple of months ago and have been very disappointed on how the finish holds up. With this being a professional series I would have thought that it would have had a more durable finish. I have scratched it in several places just by wiping it off. Not a happy camper. The knobs don't clean up well either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend cleaning the stainless with warm soapy water using a clean sponge or cloth (always rubbing with the grain of the stainless). Rinse with clean water, and dry with a soft clean cloth (again with the grain of the steel). Please do not use cleaners with high concentrations of chlorides or chlorine, and no harsh scrubbing cleaners. Only use kitchen cleaners that are especially made for cleaning stainless steel.
