Control, stability, and strength!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently converted from an electric cooktop to this unit because the ceramic glass top cracked under the weight of my 20 gallon brew kettle, The clever 5 burner arrangement is very flexible for anything from small to huge cooking projects. The cast iron grates with this unit are incredibly strong and the ability to quickly heat and hold a stable 154 degree F mashing temperature easily was an unexpected and welcome bonus! Cooking on gas is a pleasure, and this cooktop does it extraordinarily well.

A Lot Packed into a 30" Cooktop

I am not disappointed this cooktop has everything I was looking for. Good features, works great, cleans up fast

Nice cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only been using this for a few weeks, but it is great. The various-sized burners allow us to cook precisely.
On a technical note, if the gas manifold connection were to be through the side instead of the bottom, it would allow us to move the oven below to a slightly higher position.

Our favorite piece of the Pro Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own the entire Professional Series. This is the only piece in the set that is worth a darn. We do have a few issues with the gas pilot trying to light on the big center pilot. Our only saving grace is that we bought the extended warranty. If not for that these appliances would have been thrown in the trash.
