Great stove but spots formed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this stove but had issues with delivery. The first one was damaged and we had to wait to get a replacement. Then after using it just a couple of times the middle burner has stained. The pots did not boil over or anything, but the burner is discolored and the stains will not come off. Otherwise we really like the grates which have been easy to clean and the overall burner output has been great. The delivery issues and cleaning are what decreased our rating.

Mostly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cooktop with the various burner sizes. The griddle, however, did not work so well. With its first use, after following all of the directions for seasoning it, it developed a black, crusted surface that cannot be cleaned nor used. A replacement is supposedly on its way, but it should have arrived already.
