Great for the office!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my meeting room in my mobile office. It pairs well with my tablet and phone. I'm able to mirror my other devices to my tv. This makes for a seemless process of coming in and getting tlstrait into my meetings. I do a lot of my meeting prep on my phone or tablets. Being able to switch between devices in seconds is so productive and cuts down on time spent in meetings. This was a well worth it purchase.

Excellent picture quality. Learning to use it is andwful experience. And the remote is very different. Very poor instruction for a first time user of a smart TV.

Crap computer running a good tv

I've had this TV about 45 days. The tv part is great but the smart part of the smart TV stinks. The computer that runs the TV leaves apps open even after you exit the app. Then when you try to open that app later, it's frozen where it was and there's no way to manually make apps close. Have to reinstall. Apps shouldn't stay open in the background after you leave said app.

Thank you for reaching out to let us know about the lagging issues you are experiencing with the DU7200 TV. Please know we hear you and have a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve these issues.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

We love this TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband enjoys his football ALOT. He says that the picture on this TV makes it seem as if you are at the game. I have always been into movies. With this TV I am even more so. We both really like nature shows. This TV has such great color and clarity for watching them.
