Not so Smart TV

I would give this 5 stars but the built in "Smart TV" is pretty much unusable. Apps either freeze or don't load. I tried using the Samsung TV free channel and movies and I can only get maybe one or two tv shows or movies that I am interested in to load. This is not an internet issue as i have tested this with other devices and they all work fine. I am a Samsung product user/fan through and through and this is very disappointing. I will have to get a Google Casting device in order to use this brand new TV.

Thank you for letting us know about the internet issues you are experiencing with your DU7200 TV. Please try the below troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue:

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Great TV definitely an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We came from a Samsung 43" to this big boy. So much better! The remote is slim and sleek. The picture quality is fantastic for a Crystal UHD. It's also slimmer than our old smaller TV. Love it!

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is very good. I enjoy playing videos, video games. Need quality picture for the video games. I play fishing, looter/shooter games that rqire precision shots with rifles, bows/arrows, precision accuracy when trying to land hooks/floats or lures where the fish are. Want accurate colors for the fish, water locations.
Wantgeat picture, color when watching videos, movies, cooking shows. Want to see exactly what the chefs are putting in the food they prepare.

Where's the sound?

I've yet to get it to play the internet sites that I frequent, says I need to download an app for my computer. My main issue is the volume or lack thereof. The status bar shows it being less than a third of the way up but it will not go higher. I can pair it with my hearing aids but the sound keeps blanking out. Need to put some more time into getting acquainted with all the features but it shows promise.

It’s a nice tv

This is a nice tv. Beautiful picture. However Home Screen too busy. Hard to use. Two apps not supported: Kanopy (library based free movies) and PCN- Pennsylvania cable network Wish we had got Roku:LG
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
