Probably good but not compatible with all apps

I have been very disappointed. My boys bought this smart tv for me so I could get a specific app to watch them. It was IMCA. The app could not be downloaded onto this tv. Finally got it through internet. But have tried a couple other things and not compatible with this tv. It’s prob a good tv but be sure to check out before buying a Samsung if it will be compatible. IMCA app had said Samsung was okay. But not this tv anyway.

Remote is worthless.

I needed another smart TV and had another Samsung from years ago. What I hate about this one is the remote. There are no numbers to select Samsung TV channels. So, it is a painful scrolling for minutes to get to where you want to go. I bought a replacement remote for my older Samsung and it works with this one.
I haven't used it much, since it is in a room we seldom go to. I hope it is better than my older model, which I have to reboot occassionally to get it to work.
