This product does everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for streaming all of my videos on YouTube, for the family night movies with all of my kids. It never lets me down, I use it for the music playing in the background for game nights. It never ever stops, and I bought other brands of tvs before but this one right here. I think I’m a Samsung lover for life now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and clarity of this TV are amazing. It is what it what it says in the title. It is crystal clear. We really enjoyed watching movies and regular TV. It makes the movies come to life. The colors are deep and true.

Picture is great. Sound is ok. Remote is awful. Have to reposition multiple times to get the tv to respond to the click. Work better with smart phone app, but can be slow to respond. Biggest issue is that it doesn’t work well with my home theater. I’ll turn the tv on, and the home theater will turn on like it is supposed to, but there will be no sound. I turn the volume up and still no sound. I switch to the tv speakers and sound comes out of the tv speaker just fine, but not great sound. Next time I turn the tv on, the home theater turns on and blows me out of the water, because this time the tv randomly decided to use the home theater sound and the volume was way up from last time I tried to get it to work.called and chatted with Samsung support which took hours to get a response and then finally just gave up. I emailed my complaint and requested assistance and got an email response that was unclear and not intuitive enough to help me with my problem. Currently just turned off the home theater so I don’t get anymore random surprises, and I just use the mediocre tv speakers. I gave them stars because the picture is great. 5 star for the picture. Zero stars for everything else, sound, remote, service, support, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
